Very much looking forward to the new book. I just started reading "lighter". I've had it since it came out but opened it at just the right time. I've been in my head for 2 days with endless internal narrative. I read how your wife was going through the same thing and decided to share it with you. I guess her self awareness came out victorious in the end. I found peace once I continued reading. Acknowledging that my reactions were feeding my stress levels made me take a step back and evaluate things. Moments like this happen far less as a result of a few years of diligent meditation and self awareness but hit hard sometimes nonetheless. I know you mentioned a guide is not a savior but your insight has really done wonders in my life along with a strong will to heal. Still have a lot to learn but I have come extremely far from the addictive life I've lead and I have to applaud myself for the person I'm becoming.
