I am happy to be a part of this community. Everything you write speaks to the depths of my soul and is the exact messages I want to share with the world through my own personal sense and perspective 🙏🙏
So, so, SO very excited about this community that is only just beginning!! Reading and engaging with your work has been a new habit I’ve built lately that has brought greater presence and peace as you articulate so well here.
My biggest takeaways:
1. Healing is about feeling, not thinking, bc most healing happens at the level of experience.
2. Allow break ups to be a period of healing and evolution that radically improves your life.
3. I need to read the book Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse.
4. Acceptance of impermanence (aka the reason we all exist) is a powerful step in coping with death and encourages you to love better in the moment vs later when maybe too late.
5. A lighter mind will lead to connecting with your deeper purpose and that comes after turning inward to heal yourself first and let go.
