Love that you quoted JK and truly appreciate your ability to utter the ineffable with apparent ease and clarity. Thanks so much for always including us in your journey!
Love that Jiddu Krishnamurti quote, “The inner creates the outer and the outer molds the inner.” Perception is reality and iron sharpens iron are two sayings that also come to mind. “What am I feeding my senses” is a simple yet profound question to ask yourself to remain more self aware to all this.
Winning and losing or good times and bad times are neither states of perpetuity. You need one to know what the other truly is and feels like. Being self aware to your emotional history really does help you to sit with your feelings without giving them control over your actions as you put it so well. Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom as Aristotle said and emotional maturity is a huge part of that.
Always knew the only constant is change, but the driving force being the duality of wisdom and ignorance is a really interesting idea. Humans do have the seeds of both, but the key is which you choose to give sunlight and water to grow for yourself first and then others. The world needs more love and healing which is just one of the reasons I’m grateful to be here!

I’m in the early stages of my journey. , but your words and your books. They may be few, but they carry so much weight and depth. I’m starting to recognize strengths where I saw weaknesses, and how much I need to give myself credit.
